The rules are very simple! The unbers in the rows and columns indicate how many cells will be painted. If there's more than one number in a line or column, the numbers should be separated by empty squares from one and above.

The number 5 shows how mnay cells need to be painted. Paint them! To do this, left click on them. This time you need to paint two numbers.

When there's more than one number, that means they need to be separated by empty cell. Mark on cell empty, to do this, right click on it, from now on, to make things easier for yourself, mark empty cells with a cross.
