For many centuries, the hard-working halflings lived in a fertile valley at the foot of a sleeping volcano, and it had been a time of bliss. A trouble has come without warning: an old, long-extinguished volcano revived and its fiery eruption has destroyed the once-great city of hard-wroking halflings.

Shortly before the tragedy, as if foreseeing it, the mayor has disappeared along with the key from the treasury, a massive dungeon cut in the thickness of the rock. All the wealth, accumulated by halflings, remained forever buried in the bowels of the earth.

Having plucked their courage up, the brave small people have decided to retreat from the battle against the raging element and took off looking for the new home.
