Zoom into the stone; take the DOLPHIN RING (G) and read the note (H).
Go to Dolores’ House.

Take the pliers, open the cage with it, and take the bird (J).
Take the scissors, cut open the seam with it, and take the bottle (K).
You will receive the ANCHOR.
Go to the Sea Museum.
Call the dolphin with the DOLPHIN WHISTLE (F).
