At the bottom right is a map. Click on it to open. There's a sparkle on the car door. Click it to take a closer look. There's a screwdriver on the dashboard. Click it to add it to the inventory. There's a sparkle on the sign, open the inventory by mousing over the bottom of the screen. Click the screwdriver and apply it to the lattice. Then go to the sparkle area, find all of the hidden items.
