Use the KEY in the lock, turn the handle, and walk forward.
Talk to Dorian (G).
Take the SHOES and look in the doggie-door (H).
Take the ANCHOR (I).
Take the SUNFLOWER SEEDS (J) and use the CLOTH on the spill to get the WET CLOTH (K).
Walk down.
